Which iPod do you iPhone first generation or second generation? If the Generation 1, then you probably need erhalten.EDIT the second generation to know which generation it is. . . It has speakerphone, physical volume buttons? If not, you have the Generation 1. If yes, you have the second generation and then I would try Apple support.
