In this video, I review an addictive game for the iPhone called Smiles. Chris Pirillo of chris.pirillo.com and http was nice enough to allow me to review this game for him. Smiles is actually two games in one. It is offered on the iTunes App Store for $4.99 and includes 3 game modes: Zen, Drop, and Avalanche. You can also purchase the Zen and Drop modes as separate games for $2.99. After playing the game for a few hours (they go by fast), I found the “Drop” mode to be my favorite. It reminded me of Bejeweled but with a nice twist. As you match 3 similar shapes on the screen, they disappear, and the ones above it “drop”, hence the name, Drop. Smiles also offers achievements to give you something to shoot for. There’s more to the game, so check out the video review to get a feel for how the game plays. Enjoy!
