No. Skaven did the music for Blitz Mode and Challenge Mode, as well as the Fruit Dance music. Phillipe Charon did the music for the loading screen, the main menu and both Classic and Zen Modes.
That, at least, is my guess, based on the style of music.
OK, got it. Just managed to purchase the mobile version of the game.

This song’s awesome, but a little depressing.
While the Classic musics are great, I prefer the other musics which stay more true to Bejeweled 2, Blitz and Challenge Mode Menu for example.
